Distillation artisanale

Après avoir passé trois mois en tonneaux, les fruits bien fermentés sont prêts à être distillés, une opération qui se déroule en deux phases. La distillation, entre 40 et 43 degrés, s’effectue dans des alambics traditionnels selon un procédé ancestral, transmis de génération en génération.
